Calculators

The calculators run in your browser. The numbers you enter are not sent to us or stored. Your choice of kilometres or miles is saved in your browser so the site remembers it on your next visit.

Email sign-up

If you sign up for the Race Pace Plan, we store your email address, goal race and goal time with our email provider, our email service provider, to send you what you asked for and occasional training tips. The legal basis is your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email, and we then delete your data.

Cookies and advertising

This site uses Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. On your first visit you can choose whether to allow personalised ads. You can change your choice at any time and manage personalised ads in Google's Ads Settings.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not track you across other websites.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data, and you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
